Condition at first visit

The child suffered a severe traumatic brain injury at the age of 5.5 months. She became our patient at the age of one. Complaints: inability to walk independently, weakness in the right hand.

Therapy administered

The child had four physical therapy courses and three hand therapy courses over 1.5 years. The objective was to teach her to walk on her own, develop self-care skills and independence.

Results after therapy

The child not only learned to walk on her own, but also learned to walk up and down stairs independently. The skill of getting dressed independently also improved.
