2.6. Personal data are processed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The legal basis for such processing is to ensure the implementation of health care relationships, to monitor and improve the operation of the Website and the quality of products/services.

3. Sharing of personal data
3.1. The administration of the Website does not disclose or transmit the personal data of the Users to third parties without the consent of their carriers.
3.2. The personal data of the Users may be disclosed and transmitted in the cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Saving and deleting personal data

4.2. The User’s personal data is stored for a minimum period of 1 working day after the User’s acceptance of this Privacy Policy, as well as for a maximum period of 3 working days after notification of cancellation of a subscription or request for deletion of data.

6.2. Such changes and additions shall take effect upon the publication of a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website.
6.3. By continuing to use the Website, the User acknowledges his/her agreement to the terms of the Privacy Policy with the respective changes and additions.
